The federal government requires educational institutions to follow the FERPA regulations, and it is the "right" thing to do. This tutorial has been designed to give you a basic knowledge of the rules governing the release of student information and will take about 20 minutes to complete.  Your completion will be recorded in your personnel file at the National College of Midwifery.
