Course Description: This course is designed to explore the New Mexico formulary that allows Licensed Midwives (LM) to carry and administer dangerous drugs and devices as part of LM safe practice. The midwife is charged with integrating the clinical information relevant to their practice throughout this course and is an opportunity for students to apply their understanding of the New Mexico LM formulary directly to their internal procedures and clinical decision-making process.
